Cure Yeast Infection Permanently!
know of natural cures for yeast infection?
I’ve heard live yoghurt works.
I’ve been fighting a vaginal yeast infection for a couple months now. I think the yeast is spreading down my thighs. What are the symptoms of cutaneous yeast infections and how is it treated? I’m already taking 200mg of Diflucan a day!!!
if you are having sex, then your partner might be passing it back to you. You both need to treat at the same time. You need to see a doctor to make sure that is what it is.
tested negative for gc and chlyamidia but have had what doctors said is a male yeast infection for over 2 months used cream but it wont go away has anyone been through this
been todoctor3 times has anyone been through this
Gonorrhea and chlamydia tests are pretty accurate. Gonorrhea and chlamydia are both bacteria though, and would not be at all related to the fungus you are describing.
You may be passing the infection back and forth with your partner(s). It is essential for you to seek treatment with your partner(s) and not have sex again until you both have finished the treatment.
Eating yoghurt.
Drinking buttermilk daily is supposed to stop them from even happening.
You can also use apple cider vinegar and daub the infected area with it, and use garlic to stop the itching. I swear!
My wife believes that anything down there is going to give her an infection or something.
No. It is too much sugar in the diet or use of antibiotics that can cause yeast infections.
What your wife is probably concerned about is vaginal bacterial infections.
Irritation can be caused by using lotions and oils that are heavily scented or contain a harsh chemical. Irritation in that area can be highly uncomfortable and can lead to a bacterial infection.
Bacterial infections are sometimes caused by hygiene problems, (wiping issues!!) which can spread matter from the bottom to the vaginal area…causing a bacterial infection. They can also arise from dirty fingernails – any kind of hygeine issues.
There are safe lotions and oils which can be used in this area – these are usually products which are also safe to use with barrier methods of contraception, but otherwise I wouldn’t recommend using any lotions or oils (especially perfumed) in personal areas of the body.
I haven’t had sex could this just be ovulation?
Glands inside your vagina and cervix make small amounts of fluid. This fluid flows out of the vagina each day, carrying out old cells that have lined the vagina. This is your body’s way of keeping your vagina healthy and clean. The discharge is usually clear or milky and doesn’t smell bad.
The color and thickness of the discharge change with your monthly cycle. The discharge is thicker when you ovulate (when one of your ovaries releases an egg), when a woman is breastfeeding or when a woman is sexually excited.
Changes that may signal a problem include an increase in the amount of discharge, a change in the color or smell of the discharge, and irritation, itchiness or burning in or around your vagina. This is called vaginitis. A discharge that’s stained with blood when you’re not having your period could also be a sign of a problem. Some other types of infections such as yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis and trichomoniasis can also cause discharge that is usually accompanied by odor such as beer/yeast/fish.
I would recommend that if you have any of these signs or any concerns regarding this you consult with your doctor for a proper diagnosis and for proper treatment should you have anything other than just a normal vaginal discharge.
Good luck
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Leaky Gut
Social Anxiety and Avoidant Personality Disorder
Severe, Chronic Candidiasis/Fungemia (a systemic yeast infection of the blood and all orfices, that is very serious)
Chronic Fatigue with a suppressed immune system
Hirsutism
Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome
Incontience
and Panic Attacks
???
These are all symptoms of a pituitary/adrenal disorder. Hirsutism, panic attacks, chronic fatigue, GI symptoms, problem with sleep, immune problems point to adrenal problems either caused by problems with your pituitary (which regulates adrenals) or directly from adrenals. Have your cortisol levels checked…preferrably by an Endocrinologist with pituitary expertise.
I looked into vulvadynia, and it seems very possible. This is the first time the swelling has occurred, but since I’ve had my daughter 16 months ago, I’ve had at least 5 yeast infections (Or at least the symptoms of a yeast infection). The past 2 weeks, I would start to feel like I was getting another one, and then it would just go away. Since I’ve been using monostat 7, it’s gotten worse and the swelling started, also, another thing that makes me wonder if it’s vulvadyina, I just added sugar back into my diet recently, and that can trigger flare ups, from what I’ve heard.
Feel free to e-mail me if I didn’t give enough info

You could be dealing with something like bacterial vaginosis (an example only) which can sometimes be connected to vulvodynia.
The only way to know for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they say.

Vaginal Yeast Infection
Vaginal yeast infections are caused by a fungus called Candida albicans which is normally found in small amounts in the vagina but can overgrow when the vaginal pH balance changes from its normal acidic levels to a more alkaline one.
This can be caused by your period, pregnancy, diabetes, birth control pills, steroids, and antibiotic use.
Yeast infections are also more common after menopause due to declining estrogen levels, which thin the vaginal walls.
It’s estimated that three out of four women will have a yeast infection in their lifetime.
Boric Acid Suppositories
The most effective natural treatment for yeast infections is boric acid capsules that are inserted into the vagina. Boric acid acidifies the vagina, which restores the natural balance of bacteria and yeast.
Boric acid treatment is especially useful for people with chronic yeast infections that haven’t responded to over-the-counter or prescription anti-fungal medications.
For example, one of my clients who had a chronic yeast infection for over a year and hadn’t improved after taking over-the-counter creams, prescription drugs, and natural home remedies such as garlic clove suppositories, tea tree vaginal douches, apple cider vinegar, and acidophilus (good bacteria) douches.
After her third day of taking a boric acid suppository I suggested, her symptoms were almost completely gone. After 2 more days, she experienced no symptoms and the yeast infection did not come back.
Some pharmacies can prepare boric acid capsules for you. Ask to have size "0" gelatin capsules filled with 600 mg of powdered boric acid in each capsule.
Yeast infection treatment is typically 3 to 7 days. Chronic yeast infections may require a longer treatment, but it should be done under the supervision of a naturopathic doctor or holistic practitioner, because using boric acid suppositories for more than a week can cause irritation.
One capsule is typically inserted at night before going to bed. Some people may need to take it in the morning and evening. With a vitamin E gelatin capsule or vitamin E oil each night, to prevent irritation.
To prevent yeast infections from recurring, a common recommendation is to take one capsule a day for 3 days a month.
There is also a ready-made boric acid suppository called Yeast Arrest, manufactured by Vitanica, a supplement company based in Oregon. Yeast Arrest contains boric acid, the herbal antifungal oregon grape root, and calendula to reduce inflammation.
Important Precautions:
boric acid is toxic and should never be taken internally or placed on cuts or open wounds
side effects may include irritation and burning
boric acid should never be used during pregnancy
Symptoms of Yeast Infections
itching and burning around the vagina
white vaginal discharge that may look like cottage cheese
pain during sexual intercourse
burning with urination[]
Getting Yeast Infections Diagnosed
Although there are many over-the-counter remedies and natural treatments, you should see a doctor to get properly diagnosed and evaluated, especially if:
this is your first yeast infection
you’ve had other types of vaginal or urinary tract infections
you’ve already tried treating yourself and symptoms persist
you have a weakened immune system due to cancer treatments or diseases such as AIDS
you have a fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, abdominal or back pain, bloody discharge, or difficult or increased urination. Go to the hospital immediately, as it may be a serious condition such as kidney infection, appendicitis, or pelvic inflammatory disease.
you’re with a new sex partner or have had multiple sex partners. It’s important to make sure you don’t have a sexually transmitted disease, since the symptoms can be similar.
Vaginal yeast infections can be confused with these conditions:
Bacterial vaginosis – this common condition occurs when there is an imbalance between good and bad bacteria in the vagina, with an overgrowth of good bacteria. Bacterial vaginosis can spread through sexual intercourse, but it can also occur in women who douche or use an intrauterine birth control device (IUD). It is also common in pregnancy. Symptoms include a gray, foul-smelling discharge with a fishy odor. The odor is often more noticeable after sexual intercourse.
Noninfectious vaginitis – Douches, perfumed soaps, spermicides, bubble baths and feminine hygiene sprays can irritate the skin around the vagina. Symptoms include itching, burning, and pain. One type, atrophic vaginitis, is caused by lowered estrogen after menopause.
Trichomoniasis – Common sexually transmitted disease caused by the parasite trichomonas vaginalis. In men, it usually infects the urinary tract but often produces no symptoms. In women, symptoms can include greenish-yellow discharge that is sometimes frothy. People with trichomoniasis have a higher risk of other sexually transmitted diseases, such as gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, and HIV.
Complications
The most important reason to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis is that if it’s not actually a yeast infection, the delay in getting treated can cause complications.
In pregnant women, vaginal infections can result in premature delivery and low birth weight.
Untreated vaginal infections can lead to pelvic inflammatory disease, a condition which can scar the fallopian tubes and cause infertility.
Trichomoniasis and bacterial vaginosis have also been linked to an increased risk of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and other sexually transmitted diseases.
Prevention Tips
don’t douche
use a condom
wear cotton vs. synthetic underwear
avoid baths, hot tubs, whilpools
avoid scented products, including tampons and feminine hygiene sprays

Yes you can get frequent yeast infections. You may want to go to the doctor and have a glucose test, frequent yeast infections may be a sign of diabetes.
