i mean i treated myself for a yeast infection.Naturally it comes out for like 2 days.It doesn’t itch or burn but there is still stuff coming out.Could it be the medicine or still infected. Its more of a slime than a cottage cheese look.
i used the one day treatment.

It depends on how long the treatment is for. I have taken the 1 day treatment and although it’s very convinient, it’s not the best. My yeast infection came back and I went to my doctor and was told that the 1 days are not good to take; because, they just don’t treat for long enough. Go with the longest treatment possible – 7 days or go to the doctor and get a one-time pill to cure the yeast infection for good. Good-luck, they are not fun to deal with!!!

i think i have one between my butt cheeks.what is the treatment

yes, yesst infection can affect both sex

you have to make sure that it is yeast infection, not some STD or something else before you use any medicine

if it is yeast infection, you can go buy some anti-fungal infection cream, just put it on the affected area

if it is serious, you can go see a doctor, he may give you some oral anti-fungal drugs to take

most importantly, you have to keep that area clean and dry, so yeast can’t grow

I’ve been struggling this since march after I was on antibiotics off ,and on meaning 2 weeks it would be gone get it again 3 weeks gone 3 weeks get it again .I need some advice from some people who went through this ,but any advice would help about now note to mention I have tried most over the counter products.

if you really want to get rid of yeast infection then you must follow these tips – they worked for me:

1) Eat yogurt!!!! It contains helpful bacteria (live cultures, including acidophilus and bifidus) that destroy yeast. Use only plain yogurt with active cultures.

2) Douche with a solution of 1 to 3 tbsp. vinegar in a quart of water. Repeat once a day while having symptoms, but no longer than a week.

3) Decrease or eliminate sugar and sugary foods. Sugar promotes yeast growth.

4) Use a garlic clove as a suppository. Garlic contains a natural anti-fungal agent.

5) also you should use some herbal treatment. In that case Yeastrol is really good (probably the best) product that gets rid of yeast infection comparatively fast and makes you feel more confident knowing that it wont reappear again!
And of course it is better if you use full course (5 months – if I remember correctly).

Ok so I hate the smell that I’m getting especially after sex… i had moninstat 7 and it worked for about 1 month, then i got the yeast infection again.. I just dont want to purchase anything anymore, I’ve heard about home remedies on yeast infection. I heard about the yogurt but it sounds too messy and I heard about the garlic but it sounds dangerous but i’m mostly interested in knowing how the garlic remedy works.. can anyone please explain to me how to do it and how it works??

OK I think what I have is a yeast infection. It felt like one at first but now the issue has spread to almost my thights in that spot where my leg begins and it folds, the crease. It is the worst on one side in that area. It looks really red and really bad and its not going away. I have been using cream for a fungal infection plus plain yogurt on it. How long will it take to go away???? It looks like this:

on my SKIN. It is not really itchy it just feels sore like a rash and hurts slightly to touch it.
Do I need to go to the doctor for this or is there some stronger medication I can request from the pharmacy?? OR do I just need to be more patient???
for the past 3 months every infection I get goes out of control. First it was my wisdom tooth that caused an infection with my gums then I got a sore throat which spread into a bad case of tonsillitis that was not going away and now this. I have never had a yeast infection get out of control like this ughhhhh…
If anyone has had an experience like this and what did you do and how did you treat it or get rid of it.
Maybe it is not even a yeast infection but what else could it be?
Thanks.
by the way that picture isnt me but it kinda looks like that. The reason I think it is a yeast infection is because I have had them before and it started off as any usual one… the part on the inside seems to have gone away it just got out of control and spread to the leg crease and that part and the rash isnt going away. I don’t know, maybe its something else.

it doesn’t sound like a yeast infection to me … if it is a yeast infection you would be having a discharge that looks like cottage cheese and is kinda yellowish … and it would smell like bread (lol yeast is yeast haha) if it is a yeast infection, get some monistat (the one day one you’ll want to kill yourself at the end of the week, if you get the week one)

it sounds more like a fungal infection to me … I think you’re right to be putting antifungal cream on it … but I would check with a doctor … it sounds kinda like jock itch (girls can get it too) most jock itch medicines are over the counter these days though so just get a really good one and make sure you’re wearing cotton undies and whatnot

I see the gyn every three months, and every time I go they say I have a yeast infection? I honestly keep down there clean, take regular baths and showers, I dnt douche because I heard douche can cause that, If I have sex its with a condom and I take a shower immediately after sex plus the doctor told me yeast infection is not in relationship having sex. What is the problem? Is this natural?

No, I do not.

Yeast infections don’t go away by themselves. Washing is not enough. You need to treat it.
For starters, eat yogurt every day, it really helps. Add some natural vinegar to a tub of warm water and sit in it.
And ask your pharmacy for some over-the-counter treatment.

can men carry and pass on a yeast infecion and if so how long does it take before the female will see signs of an infection?

Yes, it can be passed back and forth. And it can happen in a matter of days. However, you do not have to be sexually active to get an yeast infection.

I just wondering if any one has ever tried natural remidies for getting rid of an yeast infection and did they work??

I developed a yeast infection on wednesday and took the monistat but it seems as though when i take that stuff im more itchy then when i dont have it in my system. And its only really bad in the morning and through out the day it gets better till at night when i take the medication and in the morning. This has really bumbed me out I have not had one for over a year now. and i get to see my husband next weekend and i want this gone!!

So can anyone Help??

I always used plain unsweetened yogurt and filled a syringe with it and put it up in that area (know what I mean LOL) and I got immediate relief, and the infection was cleared up in a few days. It’s safer and cheaper than those messy creams or that pill they give you. It just balances the natural bacteria that the yeast overgrow in the vagina. Another thing, taking a good probiotic complex with acidophilus, thermophilus and bifidophilus, as well as fructooligosaccrides (they feed the ophilus’s LOL) can help clear it up, and prevent future infections from occurring.

yeast infection cure

There are many cures out there. Any over the counter internal creams will work. In my experience it’s better to use the multi-day formulas rather than the single dose kits. You can get a perscription for Diflucan from your doctor (this is great, it’s not messy and clears you up in about a day!!). You can also take AZO YEAST tablets to prevent. Vagisil works to relieve the itch. There are also many home/natural remedies with include washing with apple-cider vinegar, plain yogurt and so on. Buit don’t wash with baking soda or any other alkaline product, that will only make it worse…we’re talking the firey depths of hell in your pants, and that is not fun! Good luck.
