I think i have a yeast infection. Please help me soon! (girls only!)
Okay so like for a while now during, before, and after i have my period, my discharge has been a light to dark to ligh brown, i had a rash around my vagina, and every time i squirt out my discharge, it has a strange yet bad odor. I’m afraid to tell my mom because then i’ll feel like i need special attention and i also don’t know how and when to tell her. i’m about to go into a new grade and i want to have a new image (including the problem) and if people smell my odor i don’t want people to think of me as a freak. is there a way to tell her and possibly not go to the dictors???
First of all, how old are you? This plan works like a charm if you’re responsible enough and possibly old enough. I am 13 and whenever I need to buy a “secret” item (something I want to keep a secret from my Mom), I ask her if I could go to the mall with a friend. Most malls usually have some sort of drug store like Shopper’s Drug Mart or something. If she’s one of those Moms who doesn’t like you wandering about with your BFF, then say your friend’s Mom is dropping you off and you and your friend can run along and go shopping without your Mom knowing what you’re really getting. This plan even works for Wal-Mart or any super store. Just go to feminine hygiene aisle and look for brands of cures for yeast infections such as Vagisial or Monistat. Make sure you read everything on the labels and you look for any ingridients which you may be allergic to. Oh yes, drink out all the milk in your house and tell your Mom you guys need to get milk now. You can either walk or she’ll drive you and you can into wherever closest that sells those cures (some gas stations might even sell them) and you can search for some cures. They might be as expensive at $20. Don’t shoplift. If it’s an emergency, tell your Mom and be like “It’s natural. most ladies get it in their lives.” and you of course keep it cool.
