What you are describing is called "oral thrush" or just "thrush". It can be transmitted to a mouth and results in painless white sores inside the mouth. However neither page seemed to indicate th liklihood of such transfers happening, only the possibilities. The best approach, if you had a yeast infection (Candidiasis) is to get it diagnosed by a doctor as the same symptoms can be caused by other things. Get cured, then woo-hoo! Make whoopee!

PS- many women will take an over the counter remedy for yeast infection and that seems a reasonable approach if it is not a major infection and if it works immediately. If it does nto work then you must go to the doctor to find out what is going on down there.

You need to consult a doctor. There is medication available that you swish in your mouth, then swallow. A couple of the most common ones are Nystatin & Diflucan. It’s just an antifungal that will get rid of the yeast pretty quickly. Also, what caused the yeast? Lots of antibiotics will lead to this. Perhaps there’s another medication this person could take if this is the cause.
