I am following a yeast free diet therefore have lots of restrictions. Would it be ok to drink plain soy milk? I saw the ingredients and it had evaporated cane juice (sugar) as one of them. I am told to stay off sugar, since it will feed the yeast.
Also, does anyone know about nuts, such as raw cashews? How about roasted ones? Any help will be appreciated
