How can I rid myself of a chronic yeast infection?

my husband burning urination after intercourse?

im prone to uti’s and yeast infections but i havent had one in awhile. but recently after my husband and i have sex it only burns HIM on his FIRST urination afterwards. I would like to think its not a disease and Im gonna go to the doctor regardless but considering that i am not affected at all, but it burns him during his first urination after sex then no more. I don’t think burning during urination is normal. I would suggest you both go to a doctor for help as you may have something that you are passing back and forth and both of you need treatment at the same time.

could my little girl have gotten a yeast infection from me?

im pregnant at the moment and only recently become aware that i have an infection im assuming is a yeast infection.Me and my 3 yr old daughter have baths together sometimes and i have noticed she seems to have some symptoms of an infection….her underwear were wet and stained with a dried yellow discharge and when i took her undies off i noticed theres a bit of a smell there….i am going to speak to my midwife about my possible infection but thats not until my appointment at the end of the month…..is there over the counter treatment at the chemist for 3 yr olds or will i have to take her to the doctor?
i just want to add that i never would have shared a bath with her if i had of known i had an infection! i just didn’t realise i did till recently.

My poor baby!! Yeast infection treatments?

My poor little 17 month old had RSV last week which led to her developing an ear infection. Today I see that she has developed a yeast infection, probably because antibiotics often kill the good bacteria living down there.

I feel so bad that she is going through all of this at once! I had yeast infections as a child and my mom swears that plain yogurt is a miracle cure. I’m going to buy some tomorrow. Do you know of any good treatments for yeast infections? This is her first one… thanks! She has a follow up appointment next week to make sure that she has recovered from her RSV and ear infection. I’m confident that I can handle the yeast infection just fine, but obviously if it gets worse we’ll go straight to the doctor.
And I mean applying the yogurt to her vaginal area, not eating it… lol… just clarifying.
Well she does eat yogurt everyday. But applying it vaginally is a common treatment that helps to balance out the bacteria down there.

getting rid of a stubborn yeast infection with garlic pills?
